So, when the cheque is easily removed, the stub remains in place, making it easy for you to locate all the details, including the manual cheque date, number, amount, and the place or person to whom it was issued. The elegant and sturdy binder (sold separately) keeps everything in place and can be used each time you order more cheques.
The pre-printed manual cheques are already formatted to fit the binder and stay securely in place. So, when it comes time to do your bookkeeping, it’s easy to simply flip through the stubs, get the information you need, and record it elsewhere.
